Cellist MONROE RANDALL is a student of Edward Arron at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A St. Paul, Minnesota native, their chamber music studies began with Kirsten Whitson and the Artaria String Quartet. Since moving to Western Massachusetts, Monroe has performed with ensembles throughout New England, and had the chance to explore different corners of the solo and chamber repertory through a range of collaborations. Their festival appearances include Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, the International Cello Institute, and Stringwood Chamber Music Festival. Outside of performing, Monroe is a teaching artist with Kids 4 Harmony in Pittsfield, MA and has done administrative work for the Northampton Center for the Arts and Pioneer Valley Symphony.
